According to the definition of RCR17, “an enterprise is considered new if it did not exist during the three years period before the project started”. This remark should be understood in terms of the company not being more than three years old?

The matter has been discussed during the EVALNET meetings and it has been agreed that the age of the enterprise is assessed at the time when they receive support.
